This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Schulte mobile application (the “App”).

1. Information Handled by the App

The App does not require registration and does not request your name, phone number, email address, contacts, photos, precise or approximate location, or other information that directly identifies you.

App preferences and game records are stored locally on your device using iOS system storage. This information is not transmitted to the developer or to servers operated by the developer. You can remove locally stored information by deleting the App from your device.

2. Yandex Advertising

The App uses the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK to display banner and interstitial advertisements. When advertisements are requested or displayed, Yandex may process technical information in accordance with its terms and privacy policy.

According to the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK documentation, a device advertising identifier may be processed only when the user has granted the relevant permission, and location information may be processed only when the developer enables its transmission and the user grants system permission. The App does not request location access and does not send age, gender, search queries, or other additional targeting parameters with advertising requests.

Advertisements may contain links to third-party websites and services. Information handled by those resources is governed by their own privacy policies.

3. Purposes of Information Use

Locally stored information is used only to:

• remember settings selected by the user;
• save personal game records;
• provide the App's game functionality.

The Yandex Mobile Ads SDK is used to request, display, and measure advertising in accordance with Yandex's documentation.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

The developer does not sell or share the user's preferences or game records with third parties. Information required to provide advertising may be processed by Yandex and its partners in accordance with their own terms and policies.

5. Support Requests

If you voluntarily contact the developer by email, the developer receives your email address and the contents of your message. This information is used only to review and respond to your request and to resolve the issue you describe. Please do not include confidential information unless it is necessary to resolve your request.

6. Children

The App is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13 and does not provide registration, communication, or user-generated content features. The developer does not knowingly request personal information from children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to supervise children's use of apps that contain advertising.

7. Security and Retention

Preferences and game records remain on the device until they are changed or the App is deleted. Support correspondence may be retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and comply with applicable legal requirements. Yandex determines its own information retention and processing practices under its applicable policies.

8. Your Choices

You may:

• change or reset preferences within the App;
• delete locally stored information by deleting the App;
• manage permissions and privacy options in iOS Settings;

9. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated when the App's features, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will be published at the same address where this document is available. The effective date is stated at the beginning of the document.
